Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15x. This means you must wager a total of 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing it.

5.2 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each bonus must be used within a specific period; any unused bonus will be forfeited after expiry.
• Winnings earned using a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• It is not possible to transfer directly from one bonus offer to another.

Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% at Platinum. • If fraud or irregular financial activity is suspected.
• As required for security or regulatory compliance.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A member may request to close their account at any time. In this case, all pending bonuses will be forfeited, however the available cash balance will remain withdrawable subject to applicable conditions being met.

tez888 will not bear any responsibility in the following cases:

• If any game or bet is affected by internet disconnection, power outage, or device failure.
• Financial loss resulting from a member's own negligence or misuse.
• Delays or failures by third-party services (banks, mobile banking).
